APPOINTMENT INFORMATION

What to expect

Appointments are typically scheduled for 2.5 hours. Initially, Dr Harris will discuss with you and any other relevant person (with permission), the referral background and your past history. This is followed by a series of verbal and pencil-and-paper tasks which measure a range of important cognitive skills (e.g. memory, attention, speed of thinking, etc.).

Dr Harris subsequently analyses this information and prepares a comprehensive written report for your referring practitioner. Feedback of the results can be provided by your referring practitioner or at a subsequent one-hour appointment with Dr Harris. Please bring your reading glasses and hearing aids, if required. Please also bring any previous brain scans (e.g. MRI, CT).
